SOUL RETRIEVAL

Shock, trauma, illness, prolonged stress, bereavement, abuse and loosing ones home, fear and self worth or non survival, can all cause Soul Loss.

So part of our essential essence splits of and often hides or isolates or suppresses itself, now it's the work of the Power Animal to discover where the soul part is hiding and persuading the soul part to return providing the initial situation has changed or been accepted or healed. This may be the work of the Spirit Guide or a Shamanic Practitioner or Teacher of the method.

The other effective method with a Shamanic Practitioner is to put yourself in a very relaxed 'Dream State' and recreate in your mind, the emotions, mind state, energy and all events which led up to the shock moment. Sometimes this may need to be repeated until completed. The Soul part is then returned by the practitioner. The other causitive factor could be a long slow build up of an intolerable situation.
