NATURE'S CONNECTION

Connecting and Deepening with the Plants and Tree Spirits

This workshop is designed for those who wish to deepen their connection with the natural world. Through engaging with the spirits of plants and trees, participants will learn to sense and understand the unique energies present in nature. The experience aims to foster a renewed sense of wellbeing and appreciation for the environment.

Techniques that we will use during working with the Plants and Tree Spirits.

 

• Journey to your Elements Gardens, the earth, fire, air and water and find out their message for you.
• Meet the old lady and visit her garden to see which plant will help with your personal heeling.
• You will learn to make your own herbal spritz for cleansing and healing.
• Learn the legend of the Oak King and the Holly King.
• Journey to meet your own Personal Tree who has a message for you.
• Make a mask to connect with the trees, to become one with Nature.
• Become inspired by being in nature to write your nature poem.
• Journey through the forest to resolve a current issue though nine steps.

 

We will drum, sing and have fun.
