Three weekend workshop

Transcendence will bring you safely from a path of stress, anxiety, disconnection, uncertainty and limitation that you may have experienced in recent times.Transcendence will lead you gently, discovering strategies and strengths that you didn't realise you owned.

Weekend One: The Place of shadows

Your path begins by discovering your heritage and ancestral gifts/talents - your mental, emotional strengths and weaknesses. You will encounter a wisdom keeper who will support and counsel you when you enter the Hall of Justice. This is a place of profound release where the troubles of the past can be resolved following the healing of the Inner Child, transforming your shadows and realising your Light.

Mother Earth is our refuge. Ceremonies - initiations and pilgrimages to sacred sites will form part of the remarkable change of consciousness you will experience. Other tools will form - creating your own medicine bundle, working with crystals and a pendulum. Create a Gratitude Journal.

Weekend Two: The Place of Healings

We start by learning to create a healing and sacred environment then explore our sacred energy system called chakras and each student will explore and feel chakra qualities and colours. A ceremony of Power and Protection will be given to each participant.

Effective self cleansing and healing techniques will be shown. Healing in the inner child. How to create your own place of healing, peace and freedom from stress, anxiety and fear. The Water Element at the sacred site of Cerne Abbas will form a powerful letting go release ceremony. Cerne is also a place of profound renewal and healing of male and female imbalances.

Weekend Three: The Place of realisations

Having brought you safely from a path of stress, anxiety, disconnection, uncertainty and limitation by discovering your Inner Warrior whi is not afraid of change or challenges, our breath - Air - has the power to heal ourselves and call remarkable energy to our whole systems - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual

We use Mantra - Creative Dance. A Sacred Fire Naming Ceremony. A ceremony to find our inner fire. Affirmations. Crystals become your friends. Your Gratitude Manual will continue to nurture you.
